Costs of Skating:

As a club sport, we are completely self-funded. As such, we collect monthly dues in order to cover ice fees, coaching fees, competition fees, and hotel room stays, and team jacket. The cost to be on the team ends up being around $200-220 per month (depending on the amount of girls on the team) for 6 months. 

Fundraising is an opportunity to be able to lower the cost. Depending on how well team members do with fundraising, cost can be lowered. This requires active participation from the entire team.

How Do I Join? 

Go on Wayne State's, "Get Involved" site and search up "Figure Skating" in Organizations, or click the button labeled 'WSUFS Get Involved' to be taken to the figure skating page. From there, press Join after logging in with your school account, and our team will be sent a request to approve your membership. 

Once you are accepted, you will have access to submit a Club Participation Form. This can be found in the forms tab of the Figure Skating Get Involved Page, or it can be accessed by the button below. Make sure you are logged into Get Involved to be allowed the proper permission to submit this form.
